To apply for Best Aquaculture Practices certification, click below to download the Certification Application Form and Guidelines for BAP Standards appropriate to your facility. Print the forms, complete the information requested and return to the ACC office with the U.S. $500 registration fee to enter the program.  Open the excel document, fill out on your computer, save the document to your computer and email it to the ACC office when it is complete.
